HOLLY BRADICH

Having struggled with IBS, constipation, food sensitivities, heartburn, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, allergies, chronic pain and migraines most of my life, I get it.

My lifelong struggles motivated me to find answers that the doctor couldn’t give me. I eventually decided to go to school for nutrition and obtained both a BA in Psychology and a BSc. in Applied Human Nutrition.

I’ve been successfully treating clients digestive health issues such as bloating, IBS, constipation, food sensitivities, and acid reflux for over 5 years.

In my practice, the most successful clients were those that were able to implement daily practices to support their nervous system and mental wellness. But many clients weren’t able to make these practices daily habits and continued to struggle with digestive symptoms despite doing “everything right”.

After experiencing the power of meditation, breath work and hypnotherapy myself, and how much it changed my life, I’m excited to be developing an app that will empowers you to actually heal, in a sustainable way that doesn’t involve cleanses and extreme diets. Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Meditation Teacher, Mindfulness Educator & Certified Sound Healer.

Abbey’s passion for helping others heal through holistic modalities derives from her own healing journey from a dangerous eating disorder, severe anxiety and debilitating digestive issues after undergoing surgery on her colon. Abbey sees yoga as a homecoming to the truest most authentic version of herself. She is the proud owner of a boutique style yoga studio where she offers a variety of public classes and unique holistic events, works 1:1 with folks on their own healing journey and is an experienced retreat leader both locally and internationally. It is Abbey's mission to translate the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda in a modern way to guide others home to their true nature and experience swastha, optimal health.

ANDREA LAVER

After giving birth to her second child, Andrea came up against mental health issues and pelvic organ prolapse.

Gut health issues were present but not recognized until she was in her later 30s when she again was facing depression and major anxiety.

Andrea started healing by taking Holly’s guidance regarding supplements and food swaps, which helped to heal some of these issues. She found that mood issues and nervous system dysregulation were ameliorated by instituting a more regular exercise routine. 

Andrea’s business serving moms came to be because she recognized her need for daily exercise to help stave off mood issues and just feel better. She wanted to share this knowledge with other women to help them feel more like themselves, not just moms, and in turn be able to support their families better. 

In her business,  she teaches women of all ages to build a stronger core and happier pelvic floor by instructing them on the proper use of their bodies, specifically focusing on the breathing system, alignment of the body, and using proper muscle tension. Breathing and moving well can impact the nervous system and be so beneficial to all-over physical and mental health.

Andrea runs her 6 week Deep Core online class regularly to introduce women to a better way to a strong core. She also provides 1 on 1 personal training during daytime weekday hours at her home studio gym or via Zoom.
